Yay, I’m writing Friday Feast without Elin and Mari’s permission! But I just had to. You see, last night, I may have started the Friday Feast early, by making this wonderful chocolate cheesecake.
How to, you ask?
Allow me to enlighten you. Chop up 200 grams of Oreo’s, put them in a round cakeform and mix with 70 grams of melted butter. Put the whole thing in the refrigerator while making the cheesethingy.
For the cheesecake, start by mixing 500 grams of natural cream cheese and 75 grams of sugar (this is a very healthy cake, by the way), and mix it until it’s nice and creamy. Add an egg and mix some more. Add another egg. Add 3 dl. of sourcream, 1 large tablespoon of cocoa and mix well. Next, melt 250 grams of dark deliciousy chocolate. Let this cool off for a bit before mixing it into the banter. Last, mix in 1 dl. of Bailey’s. (you may drink the rest while waiting for the cake) Put the cake in the oven at 180 degrees C for about 45 minutes. When it is cool, put it into the refrigerator and wait impatiently till the next day.
Now, melt about 200 grams of dark chocolate and spread it out on a piece of baking paper, the size of the cake form you have been using. Wait until it is almost stiff, and then wrap it around the cake before gently removing the paper. Mix some cream and dash it on top before decorate with more chocolate. Now enjoy life.
