This Wednesday Vintage is all about advertisements. Due to resent school projects I am currently immersed in a world of trends and commodities, so I thought it would be fitting to look at how they advertised in the olden days, and what kind of whacky products they tried to convince people that they needed.

A word of warning: some of these ads may be offensive to the modern reader, but I’m hoping that you can all have a sense of humor about it and, instead of being provoked, pity the ignorance of the past.
